Brisket Tequila Chili
Looking for that something with that southwestern flair? We combine our slow smoked prime brisket with half the garden, spice catalog and liquor cabinet! Into the cast iron pot goes our house made pork sausage, smoked brisket, salsa verde, tequila, beer and so much more awesome! Minimum 15-person order, please.

Succulent pork shoulder slow smoked with apple & pecan and our house-made dry rub
Available as thighs, quarters, or halves. We start with our secret brine to lock in that extra moisture. Then we add a light coat of olive oil and dust it with our dry rub before it hits the smoker with apple, cherry, and oak.

Baby Back Ribs / Spare Ribs
We can't give away too much about our award-winning ribs, but we can say they are slow smoked with apple, cherry, pecan and oak, two stages of dry rub, and finished with locally-sourced honey!
Pig Bird (Smoked turkey breast wrapped in bacon)
Who knew this much flavor could come from turkey? We start with a whole tom turkey breast, and brine it overnight. Next, it gets injected with creole-butter, coated with a fine layer of our dry rub, and put to bed with a blanket of bacon. As with the chicken, our pig bird smokes with a precise mixture of apple, cherry, and oak.
Vegetarian Stuffed Peppers
For those looking for something a little different: We begin by de-seeding enormous poblano peppers, then stuffing them full of a heavenly mixture of Basmati rice, black beans and Cheddar Jack cheese. Finally we send them for a ride in the smoker, where they soak up that wonderful oak & cherry smoke flavor.
Pork Tomatillo Stew
Looking of a Southwestern Flare? We start with a base of our Pulled Pork that swims in a pool of crushed tomatillo's, celery, carrots, and onions, along with roasted poblano peppers and jalapeño's. (Think flavor, not spice :-) Served with your choice of smoked tortilla strips, or our creamy smashed potatoes!
Our porter sauce is similar to a Kansas City style sauce. It is tomato-based and evenly balanced. We are currently featuring Cincinnati's own Municipal Brew Works Midnight Cut Porter as this sauce's base ingredient.
Don't let the name scare ya. Our medium heat sauce (4 out of 10) based off our Porter Sauce. Flavored with habañero peppers, for just that right balance of sweet and spicy!
Not for the faint of heart.... Our XXX sauce spiced with Carolina Reeper Peppers.... 8 out of 10, with a building heat. Don't say we didnt warn you!

This sauce traces its roots to the Carolinas -- a bright, mustard-based sauce, with just the right amount of kick to it. Cincinnati's MadTree Psychopathy IPA is currently the backbone to this delicious sauce.

Smoked BBQ Beans
Some people claim they don't like baked beans -- and then they try ours: We start with dried Pinto beans, that get pressure cooked a house blend of smoked pork and brisket. Each batch then goes to bed with a molasses & brown sugar base, and over a gallon of Midnight Cut Porter. Toss in some crispy fried bacon, caramelized onions, and of course, a generous amount of drippings from the main course smoking above it! The result? Smoked BBQ Beans even the pickiest eater will fall in love with.
Amish Southern Macaroni Salad
No, our Amish Macaroni Salad is not bearded. But it does feature our tangy yellow dressing, homemade with Amish mustard. About as traditional anyone could ask for, this salad has just the right amount of crunch, the way grandma would like it. Perfect for hot summer days and nostalgia of family reunions past.
Picnic Pasta Salad
If your mom is bugging you to eat your vegetables, it's easier to pick them out of this one. But trust us -- one taste and you probably won't want to. This pasta salad is packed with sliced tomatoes, Gouda cheese, chickpeas and baby spinach leaves. And forgive us for saying that our house sweet & sour dressing is where it's at!
Potato salad is a staple in BBQ everywhere -- good thing we make a killer one. This cold salad is a true classic and a great option for anyone having trouble picking a side.
German Potato Salad
Ready to step it up a notch!? TBP twist on a German classic... Hot potato salad drenched in beer, vinegar, bacon, caramelized onions and hard boiled eggs. This is the potato salad even for the haters!
Coleslaw / Red Slaw
Tart, sweet, tangy and crunchy. How can you go wrong with coleslaw? Our slaw is Memphis style, with just a hint of brown sugar for an extra layer of flavor. For more kick, try our Red Slaw, with added chipotle peppers in adobo sauce!
Our lightly sweet, cast iron baked yellow corn bread is as good as it gets. It's delicious enough to savor by itself, but it's also perfect for mopping up the remnants of BBQ beans. Hint, hint.
Idaho potatoes cooked and smashed with European Sweet Cream Butter, crispy bacon pieces, heavy cream and what's a potato without sour cream? It's all in the pool!
