HOW DOES THE CATERING PROCESS WORK?

Easy! You want delicious BBQ for your amazing event. We make delicious BBQ!! And we love your event... probably. But either way, we have you covered. Just pick one of our 3 convenient packages to base your menu on, then choose a delivery option, and we'll take care of the rest!

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?

So glad you asked. We have 3 options to help make your day as painless as possible:

  1. The Thrifty (Pickup or Standard Delivery)
    Just need a high-quality BBQ fix without any hand holding? We have you covered. Your catering order may be picked up or delivered within 24 hours of your event. 
  2. The Concierge (Delivery + Staff)
    Looking for fantastic 'Q, and want to enjoy your event? We can make it happen -- sit back and relax while our highly-trained ninja servers take care of everything from delivery to food service.
  3. The V.I.P. (Onsite Cooking)
    Are you jonesing to smell that sweet aroma of truly fresh-smoked BBQ? We bring everything and the kitchen sink. We will cook onsite in our state-of-art 'Q trailer, allowing you to enjoy all the benefits of a backyard BBQ without any of the work!

MY KIDS/ MY SPOUSE / MY FRIEND(S) ARE REALLY PICKY EATERS. IS THAT A PROBLEM?

Of course not. Our menu features a variety of options for those with different, less-evolved tastes. And we aim to please! If you have a special request, prefer different ingredients, or want to try something totally off the wall, please don't hesitate to ask!

Do you require a deposit in advance?

We do require a 50% deposit to secure your date, with the balance due by your event. A full refund is available if canceled no less than 14 days before the date booked. If a cancellation is necessary within 14 days of your event, your deposit is forfeited, you do not pass Go and you do not collect $200. 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

The Beerded Pig accepts credit card, cash and check for catering orders. Checks must clear in advance of the catering date. Vending orders are credit card or cash only -- no checks, please.
